i had a superior double or twin room. fresh water was available daily in the room. the room also had a safe that worked. i found the staff members very informative and attentive.
The plumbing had a slight issue. The smell from the shower drain was a bit off.

The hotel's location worked great, providing easy access to many shops and restaurants. The bathroom was nice and the bed offered comfort (i slept very well). The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.
The ongoing work in reception did create a slightly disruptive building site atmosphere upon arrival.

quiet streethelpful staffclean room
I found a quiet street and a great location! the staff was so helpful. Rodrigo helped us figure out our visit plans. the rooms were clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again. we enjoyed the nearby tapas bars and breakfast place.

The hotel features a central location, near jaume and rambla with easy access to shops and restaurants. This makes exploring convenient. metros are easily accessible, jaume, drassanes, and liceu are all nearby. the gothic quarter is easily walkable.

Delicious tapas are available in a restaurant opposite the hotel. there are excellent tapas bars across the street. Reservations are needed. a great breakfast place is on the corner. It's cheaper than the hotel option and very good!

The room had a balcony and was spacious, safe and comfortable. rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. the bathroom area is large and includes a rain shower. This was refreshing. the room décor and the bathroom were new.
